By accessing or using Autorank ("the Service"), operated at autorank.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Autorank is an AI-powered blog content platform that generates, schedules, and publishes SEO-optimized articles to your WordPress website. The Service includes content generation, content scheduling, analytics, and WordPress integration.
3. Account Registration
To use Autorank, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Autorank offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content generated through Autorank and published to your WordPress site. Autorank does not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content.
You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before or after publication.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Autorank to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Spam or engage in manipulative SEO practices that violate search engine guidelines
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
7. WordPress Integration
By connecting your WordPress site, you authorize Autorank to create, update, and manage blog posts via the WordPress REST API using the Autorank plugin. You are responsible for installing and maintaining the Autorank WordPress plugin on your site.
8. Third-Party Services
Autorank integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google Search Console, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Autorank is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autorank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific search rankings, traffic, or business results.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Content already published to your WordPress site remains yours.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
